1 litre water
500g sardines (steamed & deboned)
600g laksa noodles (cooked)
2 pcs onion (cut into slices)
1pcs cucumber (cut into slices)
1pcs chili (chopped)
1pcs pineapple (cut into pieces, length: 1-2cm)
1pcs torch ginger flower (cut into shred)
1. Boil 1 litre water, add the paste and sardines into pot. Let it boil & cook with lower heat.
2. Blanch the noodles into 4 portions.
3. Pour the soup into bowls, add on ingredients separately. Add 1 tbsp prawn paste for stronger paste. Serve hot.
