Instant Fish and Prawn Curry Paste

Shallot, garlic, dried chili, lemongrass, curry powder, selected spices, turmeric, vegetable oil, salt, sugar, tamarind juice.




500g fish, prawn or other seafood
6pcs lady finger
1 tomato (cubed)
2 big onions (cubed)
300ml water
50ml coconut milk or fresh milk (optional)

Cooking method:

1. Boil 300ml water. Add the paste and stir well to mix for 1 minute.
2. Add in all ingredients & cook for 7 minutes or until meat is tender with medium heat.
3. Add in 50ml coconut milk or fresh milk optionally. Serve hot.
