500g fish, prawn or other seafood
6pcs lady finger
1 tomato (cubed)
2 big onions (cubed)
50ml coconut milk or fresh milk (optional)
1. Boil 300ml water. Add the paste and stir well to mix for 1 minute.
2. Add in all ingredients & cook for 7 minutes or until meat is tender with medium heat.
3. Add in 50ml coconut milk or fresh milk optionally. Serve hot.
