Chicken 500g (cubed)
Coconut milk 50ml
1. In a wok, add the paste & a little water, stir fry with lower hear for 1 minute.
2. Add 200ml water and chicken, stir fry for 5 minutes with medium hear.
3. Add coconut milk, stir to mix. Simmer with lower heat for 15 minutes or till meat is tender. Serve hot.
