Dried shrimp, chili, vegetable oil, shallot, garlic, lemongrass, salt, sugar.




1200ml water
300g yellow noodle (cooked)
300g rice noodle (cooked)
100g bean sprouts (cooked)
Others: prawns x
8 (peel the sheel), fish ball x 8, 200g kangkung (cooked), hard boiled egg x 2(cut into half), some fried onions
Serving suggestion, per bowl: prawns x 2, fish ball x 2, kangkung x 50g, hard boiled egg x ½
Adjust according to personal preferences

Cooking method:

1. Boil 1200ml water, add in paste and let it boil then lower the heat.
2. Blanch noodle & ingredients into 4 portions.
3. Pour in hot prawn noodle soup. Add some fried onion as topping. Serve hot.
