Preparation:

1tbsp oil
10 prawns (peel the shell)
500g water spinach *sambal sauce suitable for others vegetable/meat, such as lady finger*

Cooking method:

1. Heat the cooking oil, add the paste and stir fry for 1 minute.
2. Add prawns & water spinach, stir fry for 3 minutes or until cooked with medium heat. Serve hot.
