Preparation:

100ml water
30ml coconut milk
50g crushed peanut

Cooking method:

1. Heat a wok, add in paste and water, mix well and let it boil.
2. Add in coconut milk and cook for 1 minute with medium heat.
3. Add crushed peanut and stir to mix. Serve hot.
*Satay sauce can be served with grilled meat or fried food as a dipping sauce*
