Preparation:

500g prawn or other seafood
1 big onion (cubed)
1 tomato (cubed)
1pcs torch ginger flower (optional)
2-4pcs kaffir lime leaves (optional)
2 bird’s eye chili (optional)
350-400ml water

Cooking method:

1. Boil 350-400ml water, add the paste, stir well & cook for 1 minute.
2. Add in all ingredients, cook for 5 minutes with medium heat. Serve hot.
